Savory hors d'oeuvres
for small parties (up to 25 people) Make your party special
with our tasty tidbits. The best part is that these hors d'oeuvres can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Onion tart with Roquefort, walnuts and smoky
lardons of bacon
- Wild mushroom tart with fresh,
mild goat cheese
- Pissaladière (Provençal
pizza with olives, tomatoes and anchovies. Tuna is a good substitute for the anchovy-phobic.)
- Ham and Gruyère pinwheels (grilled cheese's fancy-pants city cousin)
- Rosemary polenta rounds topped with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
- Crostini of beef tenderloin and Brie, topped with onion chutney
- Figs in Love (Calimyrna figs wrapped in bacon and rosemary)
- Tapenade of roasted red bell peppers, onions and eggplant. Perfect on baguette
slices or on pitas
- Biscuits du vin rouge (sweet-savory
red wine biscotti, perfect with an apéritif)
- Blue cheese and walnut biscuits with a hint of black pepper and French thyme
All the savory hors d'oeuvres may be served
at room temperature! Please note: some hors d'oeuvres, like the tarts and the Figs in Love do taste good
warm, and may be served that way. Fear not! Gentle heating instructions will be included with all orders.
