Irish Soda Bread
Some may call
this a cake more than a bread, but whatever your opinion, you will call it delicious. Whole wheat and white flours,
buttermilk, dark and golden raisins. Great with tea, of course, but don't limit your enjoyment of this fine loaf. St Patrick's
Day may have passed, but soda bread is good any time of year.
With caraway seeds or without, your choice. We suggest
with caraway seeds!

| Whole wheat and oat scones |
Savoy
Light as
clouds, moist and slightly sweet, Savoy scones are hand crafted, and made with unbleached white flour, pure butter, a bit
of sugar and cream. Our Savoy scones are studded with currants or other dried fruit (dried blueberries or dried strawberries
are lovely alternatives; let us know what you prefer). These scones make a welcome addition to breakfast or a neat
little mid-morning snack at your desk. And don't forget that cup of coffee or tea in the afternoon.
Whole wheat and oats
Made with unbleached white flour, whole wheat flour, oats, brown
sugar, butter and buttermilk, these scones are light and moist despite their hearty ingredients. They're delicious, too.

Rich and fudgy, but not overly heavy, with a deep, satisfying
chocolate flavor. Our brownies are made with the finest quality chocolate and freshest sweet butter—no vegetable
oils or trans fats here. Perfect for Valentine's Day or any day. If you are looking for a new obsession you have come
to the right place!
Brownies can
be made with or without nuts. Most popular choices are walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts (when available) and pistachios. White
chocolate chips make a nice color and flavor contrast.

Chocolate caramels The perfect marriage of quality chocolate and rich
caramel, dusted with sweetened imported cocoa powder. These little hand-crafted confections are soft, not hard, delicious

Beautiful rounds of dark chocolate dusted with confectioners' sugar. Perfect with a glass of milk, a cup

Chocolate pillow cookies contain
ground almonds, though you may be hard pressed to find them.
Two inches in diameter, $18 per pound. Store in a
cool place (they are so good, you may discover that they don't stick around that long).
